My wife and I have dined in many Sushi restaurants over the years. We now live in Jackson Hole Wyoming where they have a few to choose from. We have dined at Nikai on several occasions. Always a great experience. The Bonsai Roll is a must! Last night, we dined at Sudachi where Sushi Chef Bryan Iguchi wowed us! First of all, the presentation was a work of art on every plate. The Sashimi was cut perfectly and melted in our mouths. The rolls, oh the rolls... words cannot adequately describe the flavor explosion one experiences. The texture is fantastic too.  We cannot wait to dine at Sudachi again and we highly recommend it to any Sushi enthusiast. 

 

Sudachi is going to start lunch in October! Perfect time to get some udon and miso when it gets cold out!!
