Jake Blattner, the snowboard legend, chews the fat with us about what was the deal with him and the famous Powdercat Operations, in Island Lake Lodge. I.L.L opened in 1998 and later 15 shareholders (including Craig Kelly, Jake Blattner, Jason Ford, Mark Gallup, and others) were part of the legacy. I.L.L became an infamous location as a result of the Burton Snowboards Catalog.

Speaking of Jonavan Moore, Andrew describes how many snowboarders these days in Alaska would rather choose the easy way down verses the hellish way Jonaven chooses to go down.

Chris Engelsman Etree was born and raised in Michigan. He then moved out west for college and snowboarding. He has traveled the world for a few years and is now working behind a desk (as his bio on Twitter says.)
He use to be a pro of K2 Snowboards then he co-owned Elevation Snowboards. He was a big part of the Robot Food era which without a doubt was one of the most entertaining video trilogy era's ever made.

Another perfect day in Valdez Alaska with the Standar crew which is Kevin Jones, Marc Carter, Sammy Luebke, Xavier De La Rue, Ondo, Jeff Curley, Guido, and Tero.
The conditions are epic with tons of fresh champagne out there.
The filming of the next project with Standar is going really well. I try to update my KJDIAryyea as much as possible however the internet connection here isn't the greatest.
