Look at that Little Nugget..so cute.. When JG from Burton sent me the prototype Nug 46 last winter I thought I would be stoked on it for riding up at Big Bear and jibbing around. He Told me it wasn't a jib board,,, and I made the mistake of not taking his word on it,, and ended up eating my words again. I spent most of the Spring season riding the Nug 46 in a bunch of conditions at ski resorts, Groomers, Pipe runs, jumps,,and some sick Powder up in the NW. I fell in love with the control you have with this board. I still don't understand how a 146 cm board can feel so stable at speeds,, and also float in powder. You'll have to ask JG about that.................. My surfboards are getting shorter,, now my snowboards are getting shorter and I'm having the most fun ever :-) Dave Downing

I got the nug,
OK.
So, it's fun, does great bombing. Simple fun beginer board, fun lil bonk and jib stick. fun fun fun. Can NOT catch an egde! I tried to make it and you simply cant do it. quick snapy pop as well,,makes it fun as hell. BUT! lining up gaps to rails SUCKS Its like rollerskates on Ice trying to line up anything big. any kicker over 25 ft SUCKS spins easy but unless u land dead bolts u slip out. and goin off the lip SKETCH as hell.
chug a lug nug
My question is why would it not be your every day board? I'm not trying to be neg but I'm im guessing it does everything well but not as great as a board thets ment for for say park or freeride...?
