The bigger the risk, the bigger the reward, they say.  Pierre
definitely gambled years ago when asking our group of friends
to be involved with and start up a film production called Neoproto.
Now, it's a cult classic in the snowboard movie scene. When our
crew started becoming more popular, and moving up to the pro ranks, so
did the videography and production.  Now People Creative, and with a
pro roster of Mack Dawg caliber, Pierre is considered one of, if not the
top in the snowboard industry.  He doesn't walk around with a big ego
either, staying humble as he did in his first years of film making.
